Introductory/Youth Service – 11AM on Shabbat, 24th September. That is this coming Shabbas
Especially aimed at younger members, and hopefully of more general interest, this shorter service will include ‘highlights’ of the Shabbat service, and some explanation of the structure and content of the service. Hopefully it will a fairly informal introduction to what’s really going on at shul. This will take place at 11am, upstairs at the Scout Hut, and before we join together with the main service for Kiddush at around 12noon. All very welcome.
This Sunday 25th September – Visiting Cheshunt Cemetery before the High Holy Days Caption of cemetery
It is a tradition to visit the graves of relatives and friends before the High Holy Days. On this Sunday – 25th September, at 10AM, we will meet at Cheshunt cemetery for a short service when members may take the opportunity to visit the graves of loved ones. All are invited to join Rabbi Anthony in visiting graves of HEMS / MM community members, who did not leave close family. Please contact email@example.com if you would like help with transport, to take you to and from the cemetery. He still has a couple of places in the rear seats of his car.
High Holy Day services
The High Holy Day Services this year will take place in the Harrow Arts Centre Complex. The details were sent out with Kehila. The key information is below:-
- Sunday 25th September Erev Rosh Hashannah service at the Arts Centre
- Day 1 Rosh Hashannah. Hatch End Suite – starting at 0900
We will be having Tashlich on the Monday starting around 6pm followed by a service and meal at the home of Rabbi Anthony and Abi. Please bring along the gift which you received with last week’s Kehila magazine, as it will aid proceedings.
Day 2 Rosh Hashannah. Hatch End Suite – starting at 0900
AGM for Mosaic Masorti
The AGM for Mosaic Masorti will be at 4pm on Sunday 23rd October in the new shul building. Please come and join us all. If you would like to stand for office at this exciting period of newness, p[lease contact Edwin.

If you would like to sponsor a kiddish for any special occasion, like a
birthday, anniversary, before going on a special journey, coming back from a special journey, new home, restored good health, please advise Ann in the office and she will see if the date is free
