Articles for the new Kehila magazine
The closing date for the next Kehila magazine is midnight on Sunday 6th August. That is in 9 days time, so please get thinking. We would like photos and your thoughts. Andrea Morgale is hunting for new contributors to contribute articles. If you would like to advertise in the magazine, please contact Anthony Allan via the shul office and he will be only too pleased to accept an advert.
Have you recently travelled or recently graduated and can you inspire us and the community? We look forward to hearing your story and Andrea Morgale can help any shy members with compiling a article.
It is 50 days till we will be celebrating Rosh Hashannah.
It is only 50 days till we will all hear be preparing to celebrate Rosh Hashannah in our new to us location at the Hindu Temple location in Wood lane. The service will b e led by Rabbi Anthony ably assisted by members of the congregation.
You will receive details about all services by the end of August. In the meantime, please let us know, if you would like to bring family, friends, and acquaintances to our High Holy Day Services. All you need to do is to let us know who you would like to attend and the office will do the rest. There is a charge covering the whole period.
We will need assistance in setting up for the services, so if you have time to assist on Friday morning 15th September, please advise Edwin and he will be only too happy to take you up on your kind offer. One could call it a New Year mitzvah.
