‘Masorti Judaism is hosting its annual fundraiser on Saturday 26th March at 7.30pm online. It is also being hosted in person at the home of Linda and Edwin Lucas. It’s going to be a beautiful live-streamed Havdalah service and Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg will be in conversation with Tamar Zandberg, Israel’s Minister of Environmental Protection. The Masorti Movement needs to raise funds because the Movement is at risk of losing connection with the next generation of Masorti Jews. This is why we are all are taking action now. A new programme for Noam alumni and young adults, increased training for community leaders, and investment in a new generation of student rabbis has been instituted. The Movement need our support, and that of your friends, and families to keep connecting people with Judaism and build the Jewish communities of the future. Mosaic Masorti has benefitted so much in recent years with the arrival of Rabbi Natasha and, once she has finished her secondment, the arrival of Anthony and his family.
