In advance of the forthcoming General Election, the Board of Deputies has produced the Jewish Manifesto, which is the Board of Deputies’ major policy handbook, informing policy makers about Jewish interest and concerns. This will be sent to all candidates from major parties in the General Election. It contains the main policy-asks that the Board of Deputies, on behalf of the Jewish community, would like support for from those in Government and Parliament.

All members of the Jewish community are encouraged to engage proactively in the election. The BOD also asks us to reach out to candidates and ask them to support the Jewish Manifesto’s ‘Ten Commitments’, which you will find on page 5 of the document and also here: Ten Commitments 2019
