The Pinn Medical Centre ( In Pinner behind the M & S Foodstore) is not only open 7 days a week for its very large panel of patients but also is a walk-in service for anyone who wishes to attend. One may have to wait for up to 2 hours to see a doctor but it is a great deal better than waiting for many hours in a crowded A & E department. Also the onsite pharmacy is open for similar hours. The Harrow CCG thinks it may save money by withdrawing finance for this wonderful service!
