As I mentioned at the AGM, with the help of Phil Austin, we have created an operating model using both central resources and congregation support to continue the work of recruiting new members. We are looking for a volunteer specifically to coordinate membership activities.
- It involves collaborating with MJC marketing teams to promote membership benefits via effective media. Then working with the office who receive first enquiries and liaising with those who are involved in each synagogue to ensure prospective new members are welcomed and brought on board as smoothly as possible.
