Liberal Open Meeting re Progressive Judaism

A reminder of the meeting at shul about the proposed merger of Liberal Judaism and the Movement for Reform Judaism to form a single movement to be known as the “Movement for Progressive Judaism”.  The meeting will be attended by Rabbi Charley Baginsky, the CEO of Liberal Judaism, who will explain the reasons for the proposed merger, what needs to be agreed, the issues which will have to be resolved, the financial implications, and the timetable.    There will be time for a Q & A session.

This is the opportunity for members to find out what is proposed and to obtain answers to any concerns they may have.    You are encouraged to attend the meeting in person, but it will be available on Zoom – see below for the Zoom link.
