Kristallnacht Commemoration

Monday, November 9

On the night of November 9th-10th 1938, the Nazis staged vicious pogroms—state-sanctioned, anti-Jewish riots—against the Jewish community of Germany.  This action came to be known as Kristallnacht, or the Night of the Broken Glass (also known as Reichspogromnacht, the Reich’s Pogrom Night).  The pogroms marked an intensification of Nazi anti-Jewish policy that would culminate in the Holocaust.

On Monday evening, 9th November, at 8:00pm, we will come together to mark the 82nd anniversary of Kristallnacht.
