Meet at 10.00 am in the free car park at the Aquadrome in Rickmansworth. The car park is at the top of Frogmore Lane. After our recent four and a half mile marathon, this is an easy walk on level ground, although it could be muddy, and the path is uneven. We will include the nature reserve, and coffee will be served at the end of the walk. There are toilets at the lakes.
